CONDITIONS OF USE:

Prior considerations

Present legal conditions regulate a permitted legal use of the web side http://www.fetajorentacar.com,
for which  Fetajo, S.L. Rent a Car (after as Fetajo Rent a Car) has got a legal responsibility.

These general conditions regulate an excess and use of the web side what its owner gives free to all the
users of internet. It includes its acceptation without reservation. There are given contracting  services
and promotions, also particular conditions anticipated on each case what all are accepted by use of the
service. Fetajo Rent a Car reserves its right to modify present conditions of the access without any
previous notice. And the web side USER need to agree with updated version of the web side.

Conditions of an access

Fetajo Rent a Car reserves its rights to carry out at any moment and without previous notice,
modification and updating of information contained on web, its configuration and presentation,
access conditions, contracting conditions?..The web USER has to agree with a current version
of the web side.

Fetajo Rent a Car, responsible for the web,  does not guarantee not existence of interruptions or
errors on the web side access or at its contents, also not if it is free of virus or an other elements
what can be alternatively produced on the computer system. Fetajo Rent a Car decline any kind of
contractual or extra-contractual responsibility with a person or a company who are using web and suffered
any kind of occasional damage caused by virus or any kind of programming elements.

To the web side owner do not respond any consequences or damages, what could derive from banned use
of its information of the services and opinions, effected by third party.

REnting Conditions

Vehicles owned by Fetajo rent a car can be driven Only in Andalusia, for the rest of the Iberian 
Peninsula please do consult in our offices.
Vehicles must not be moved out of mainland (Peninsula) to the islands, not to Ceuta and Melilla.

Car rental price includes:

• Limited kilometres (250 kms / per day), each km extra € 0.30
• Insurance  (with an excess depending of a car group chosen)

Group F..........450 € / Excess

• En excess  is a quantity we will block on your credit card for any kind of damages caused on the vehicle by driverŽs responsibility or his / hers incorrect use.

• This damages are: any kind of scratches on the bodywork, dents, underneath damages, rear ? view mirrors, windows, wheels, hubcaps, clutch for an incorrect use, administration fees for received fines ( 30€ ), breakage or lost of the car key, error in refuelling and additional costs.

Conditions of picking the vehicle up at the airport:

To pick the car up at the airport, one of our Fetajo Rent a Car representatives will be waiting at arrivals terminal, at the exit of the luggage reclaim area. Our staff will be in a visible place, recognized by our LOGO and a Fetajo Rent a Car uniform ( bright green T-shirt / shirt with our LOGO on it), holding the sign with the name of the car reservation holder. When arriving at the airport, find our Fetajo representative and present your identification. Our staff will personally show you how to pick your vehicle up. Time of arriving to Malaga airport is between 09.00 hours and 20.00 hours. (out of the mentioned times, you will be charged additional 20.00€).

Fuel:

WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR A FUEL, UNLESS YOU WON'T RETURN WITH THE SAME AS YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN.

In case you won't return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you rented it, you will be charge for each quarter not returned + additional service charge.

For each quarter not returned you will be charged:

* Groups A, B, C = 15,00€ per quarter.
* Groups D, E, F, G, y H = 20,00€ per quarter.
* Groups M, N y O = 30,00€ per quarter.

The additional service charge will be 25€ for each group category.

Renting Conditions: 

• When picking the vehicle up, driver or a contract holder will need to present one credit card as a guarantee (VISA or MASTER CARD)
• Will need to be present original of a driving licence, not a photocopy. .Minimum age of a driver have to be 25 years and 2 years experience with a driving licence.
• Will need to be present original of the passport or identity card, not a photocopy.

Cancelation conditions:

1./ If your car reservation is cancelled 48 hours before the date and the time written on your reservation, you will be charged 20 % cancelation fee from the total price written on your car reservation.

2./ If your car reservation is not cancelled 48 hours before the date and the time written on your reservation, you will be charged 100 % cancelation fee from the total price written on your car reservation.

Use of the Web Site

How to make a reservation

1./ To make a reservation, you will need to register on our web side. If you have never done it before, during your reservation procedure you will be asked to do it.

2./ To make a reservation you will need to enter the option Reservation and price. Also you can look to reserve a car in our home page.

Passage 1: Fill up all the information regarding to exact date, hour and place of picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Press "continue".
If the hour of picking up or  / and dropping off the vehicle  at our offices is out of the Opening hours,  a little window will open with our  Opening hours details, information when is possible to pick up or drop the vehicle off at our offices. In this case you will need to correct the time of picking up or / and dropping off the vehicle.

Passage 2: Vehicle: Select the vehicle you have chosen and press "continue". Note: Each reservation will allow you to select only one vehicle, to reserve another vehicle/ -s you will need to proceed new reservation/-s.
Extras: Select all extras you wish to add for vehicle chosen before. Press "continue".
Insurance: Select what kind of insurance you wish to have.

Passage 3: If you have chosen office at the Airport as the place of picking up your vehicle, it will be shown a little window asking you for a flight number and a little space where you can add any additional  message. Confirm all the information and press "continue".
Confirmation. Read General Conditions of your reservation, if you do agree with them, mark a little box as an acceptation and press "continue".
Passage 4: Fill up all the bank details required for a payment of your credit card .Your credit card details will not be hold by Fetajo, only temporary until the payment will be proceed from the bank to Fetajo.

Passage 5: Confirmation of your payment and of your reservation. Press "print" to get a copy of your reservation .You will be asked by Fetajo for this document when picking up your vehicle.

Changing or cancelling of your reservation

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you can do it by entering your passwords into "registration" in a Fetajo web side.

If you do not remember your password, you can use an option to "Recover your password" on the menu on the left side of the main menu. This information with your passwords which was filled up during your  registration will be send to you via e-mail.

As soon as you enter,  press an option "Personal page" and afterwards "My reservations". Here is where you have an option to change or cancel your reservation. The Cancellation conditions of your reservation see in Renting conditions.

To see your invoices

If have finished your rental you can obtain an invoice of mentioned service from the web side of Fetajo Rent a Car. To see your invoices of your reservations you can enter by loging in into "Registered user" in Fetajo web side. Press the option "Personal page" and afterwards "My invoices".
As soon as your renting period is finished your invoice will be available. If the renting period is still not finished, button "See invoices" will not be activated and you will need to wait until the renting period is over and your invoice will be generated.

If you do not remember your passwords, use an option "Recover your password" on the left side of the main menu.

Fetajo Rent a car comply with a current regulation of personal information protection. See in
"Privacy policy" which you can find on the same page.

Intellectual and industrial ownership

All the texts, images, logos, distinctive signs, sounds, animation videos, codes and all the rest of the contents included on the web side are the property of Fetajo Rent a Car, as well as the right of  theirs reproduction according to the current  Intellectual and industrial ownership legislation.

Any transmission, distribution, reproduction or storage, total or partial,  of all stored contents of the web, is clearly banned unless in advance the owner gives specific notice to do.
